If you contact customer service, please ensure you have the following information ready: your fitness equipment's model number, the date of purchase (a copy of your receipt may be required) and any required part numbers. The model and part numbers are located in your user manual.
Typically frame, parts, and a limited labour period are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranty coverage and timeframe may differ according to the product and model number. Details of all warranty periods are outlined in your user manual.
The manufacturer's warranty applies solely to the original owner—not purchaser—of the product. In the event of a sale of your fitness equipment, manufacturer's warranties are not transferable even if they have not lapsed at the time of product transfer to a new owner.
You may obtain a PDF copy of your user manual here. If you do not see your model number listed please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-888-707-1880 or fill out the form here. Be sure to include your model number in the comments.
